The Quality Engineer is the customer’s quality interface during the development phase and is responsible for overseeing the production launch of new codes. This includes ensuring the accurate transmission of all information to the involved departments and coordinating all continuous improvement activities until the production process reaches maturity.
Specifically, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

Drafting technical documentation related to PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
Preparing and monitoring the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) plan
Coordinating process FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) analysis
Developing the Control Plan, including the applied control methodologies (calipers, gauges, mechanical tests, etc.)
Creating Dimensional Control Reports
Implementing statistical quality control

Requirements:

Technical diploma or degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry
Previous experience of 2-3 years in PPAP/APQP management, preferably in companies operating in the automotive sector and certified ISO TS 16949
Knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of the injection molding process will be considered an advantage

Fluent Italian required.

The selected candidate will be placed in a team within the production department and will be responsible for the following activities:

Loading and unloading finished components from the production lines
Quality control to ensure compliance with company standards
Maintaining the workstation in a tidy and clean condition

Requirements:
Ability to organise and rationalise work and ability to work in a team
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Previous experience, even brief, in the manufacturing sector will be an asset.

Location: Settimo Vittone (TO)

Hours: full time with hours distributed over three shifts (6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00)

Fluent Italian required.

The toolmaker is responsible for starting production through some key operations: assembling the mould on the machine, setting the parameters necessary for moulding. They are also responsible to send components for inspections to the quality control, in order to obtain internal production approval. In case of nonconformity or possible-nonconformity, the mould Assembly Officer should intervene either by stopping production or carrying out corrective actions to restore it.

Requirements:

Knowledge of the injection moulding process
Knowledge of the technical/technological characteristics of plastic raw materials
Working knowledge of mechanics and electronics
Willingness to work over three shifts.
A technical diploma with a mechanical focus (or equivalent professional qualification) will be an asset
Good manual skills and precision complete the profile

Employment Contract:
Full-time, permanent (compensation to be evaluated based on prior experience)

Hours:
Three shifts (night shift availability required).

Experience:
Previous experience of at least 1 year ideally at a mechanical company (preferred)
