The division combines expertise in design for additive manufacturing, consulting and engineering, advanced CAE analysis using Ansys and Marc software, 3D printing in polymers and metals through SLM, FDM, SLS, and LFD technologies, as well as precision machining and finishing services.

With this strategic expansion, the company strengthens its ability to deliver highly flexible manufacturing processes, reducing development times while optimizing component performance. Additive technologies enable significant material and electrical energy savings by minimizing waste and reducing the number of traditional machining operations required.

Additech makes it possible to create innovative geometries and components that could not previously be manufactured using conventional techniques, opening new opportunities for advanced engineering and small-series production. In the tooling sector, additive manufacturing also improves mold thermal efficiency by optimizing conditioning channels closer to the cavity, delivering enhanced performance together with greater sustainability.
