Our Metrology Department employs high precision measuring equipment and latest generation software. It also guarantees some of the highest level of production quality available in the market.
First created in 2000 and periodically updated, our technicians test the quantity, dimensions and weight of the components checking their proper matching with the given design specifications.
Using different technologies adapted to the specificity of the products, the components undergo an ultrasonic or air-jet washing (rinsing). The residues remaining in the filter system are examined by weight and sorted by type, size and quality, using an electronic telescope according to ISO 16232 criteria or customer’s specifications.
Our processes comply with international environmental directives including REACH, ROHS, SVHC, SCIP, TSCA, COnflict Mineral; we require the same approach from our suppliers as well.
